Yes. You can find your patterns with search box (but you have to know what were the names) - That's why in save pattern window I suggest to use combination "your name:pattern description". You can always find them by your name.
As there are no user accounts on advanced metronome there is no possibility to save it forever - eg. if you reinstall browser or system, or just clean your browser cookies than all rhythm patterns will dissappear. BUT THEY ARE STILL IN DATABASE, SO YOU CAN FIND THEM.
