I have trouble counting to 4 when I get wound up in a turnaround so the different 1st beat is handy.
So imagine how much trouble I have counting to 12?
I end up playing a lot of 11 and 13 bar blues
I'd like a metronome that couunts bars too.
Set number of intro bars IE 2
Set number of cycled bars IE 12
Set number of times around EI 4 verses
Set number of outro bars.
Yell STOP Playing for God's sake the song is over!
Oh and make the buttons signaling the bars HUGE and BRIGHT
Like two inches square.
And make the numbers huge. This way you can be in a groove playing and if you start to slip, you can glance over and see where you are.
The whole band can see it. Even the wobbly drummer:-)
Put flashing "&" signs between thee buttons for the back beat.
It also should go up to ate least 10,000 BPM :_)
