Measure Counter
With the measure counter, you can see how many measures have gone by since you started the metronome. It can be reset anytime while the metronome keeps on going. This will be useful to musicians who are writing solos out, so they can tell where they are in the music.

What do you think?

Hey thanks for that feature! It's great and I use it just to know how many repetitions of a particular movement I practice..... for example if I want to practice something 250 times.. very useful. This is indeed the best metronome on the web and probably also among real life metronomes in term of features.

Thanks wesleyc.

I was thinking about that. And I also find Measure Counter useful.

I'm going to add some kind of visualisation window which will be just some part of Advanced Metronome screen. And I want to place there a couple of cyclic gfx effects to select as visualisation of metronome rhythm. And there will be of course Measure Counter as the most simple example of "visual metronome".

So once again thanks for your post.
I'm adding your suggestion to my task list :)
