I'm really happy that you like my metronome.
As you can see, I'm kind of monochromatic guy :D
But the truth is I'm not really a graphician so this is almost my top achievement ;) But I'm going to add some kind of visualisation window and that will surely add some action and color there :)
But much more important for me are the "weird things" you've noticed on the MAC FF. Could you describe shortly what really occurs there? Unfortunately, I have no at the moment possibility to test this app on MAC.
Standard behaviour is that when you change anything(volume, tempo, rhytm) while playing, application will hang for a while(max 0.5 second) and "busy..." text appears. But that's all about "weird" things. So if you've noticed some other things just let me know.
I'll try to fix all bugs as soon as possible.

I would also suggest you put more color into the metronome. Being a little synesthetic, I see a connection between music and color. Perhaps a little rainbow stripe to get the sub conscious brain working. Or making the rythm line multi colored.
In any case I applaud your effort and achievement. I will be listening to this metronome for hours. Cant wait till you add more sound samples.
