Subdivision Value -- User Interface idea
I first want to say this is and EXCELLENT tool, and multiple sounds at one time, and measure pattern repeat ie intro, out-ro would make this product even better. If it gets much more capable you will have to change the name to DRUM MACHINE!!! This is very very cool! Awesome job!!!!!

Here is my idea for a "simple" :) interface additions...

If I add 4 clicks and set the BPM to 90, i get what I expect, tick, tick, tick, tick at 90 bpm (just like a metronome, cool!). If I add 8 items, lets say tick, toc, tic, toc etc... at 90 beats, I actully get a measure at 45 BPM. So to keep my 1/8 note pattern at 90 I have to change the BPM to 180 or 2x what I want... I am sure you know this, but here is a simple interface suggestion: Add an option (text box or drop down) for a sub-division value ( I will call it SDV from now on) the program can play the pattern at (BPM x SDV). I want 4/4 at 90 BPM I use a SDV of 1, I add 4 item per measure. If I want 4/4 at 90 with 1/8 notes I use a SDV of 2, I add 8 items per measure etc... 3/4 at 90 BPM with 1/8 notes (SDV = 2, BPM 90, item per measure 6). This can done right now if the user does the math... <<(I am sure if we thought about it we could figure a formula to use a user endter Top Value of Time sig. (TVoTS) and Bottom Value of Time Sig (BVoTS) and a SDV to allow any varation of Time Sig and Sub divison and calculate the multipler automatically.)>>

For now it could display the BPM as is, but multiple the actual play rate so the sub division are accoutned for! (Hope this make sense!!!) -- Thanks again!!!
